In recent two decades, Matthew has acted in a variety of architectural designs, project managements, development managements including house, townhouse, apartment, shopping center, hotels.
Matthew has a Doctor of Philosophy in Architecture in USYD, and he has acted as director, design director, project architect for development and architectural design companies, in the following types or matters:

- CC and documentation, value engineering, value-adding optimization
- Marketing campaign, sales channel, display suite
- feasibility report, market research, land acquisition

Esther Gu joined the Ideas Firms in 2018 as a partner. She has been working in public practice since 2007. Among those years, Esther was a manager in Mazar Australia for seven years before moving to Tax Ideas. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and an SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA) who specialises in the areas of self-managed superannuation fund. professional services, retailers. SME and the property developer industry.
Luke Lu
COO - Developer Ideas
Luke Lu is the Chief Operating Officer in the Developer Ideas. He has a completed Bachelor and Master of Architecture degree in the University of New South Wales, also holds a Master of Project Management degree in the University of Sydney. The double degree provides him a deep understanding towards the modern and sustainable architecture design, also combined with a strong sense about the lifecycle of project management.
On many occasions, he played a significant role in connecting and integrating the Asian and Western culture, helping clients design the best architectural solutions which meet all the needs including aesthetic, budget, quality and legislation. Luke’s board design and management experience enable him to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions for projects with complex requirements and stakeholders.
